Rebound Therapy
Rebound Therapy
Rebound therapy is a fun, engaging and supportive activity that takes place on a trampoline. Led by trained staff, it is designed to help children develop their movement, balance, coordination and confidence in a safe and structured environment.
During sessions, children may bounce, sit, stand or lie on the trampoline depending on their individual needs and abilities. The gentle, repetitive movement can help to improve muscle strength, posture, communication skills and attention, while also supporting overall physical and emotional wellbeing.
Most importantly, rebound therapy is enjoyable. Many children find the sessions calming and motivating, making it a positive experience that encourages learning, independence and self-esteem.
Taking Part
To ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants, we ask that parents, carers or guardians complete a consent form before their child takes part. Unfortunately, without a signed consent form, learners will not be able to participate in rebound therapy session
